Terms and Conditions

Last reviewed: June 14, 2026

IRAInvesting.com (“IRA Investing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent retirement-education and Gold IRA review publisher founded by Tim Schmidt. These Terms and Conditions set the rules for visiting and using this website and everything we publish on it. Reading the site or relying on anything you find here means you accept what follows. If any part of this agreement does not sit right with you, the simplest answer is to stop using the site.

Who may use the site

This site is built for adults making their own decisions about retirement savings. You should be of legal age in the place where you live before you act on anything we publish. When you use the site, you are telling us that you will keep within the law and that you will not try to misuse the pages, the content, or the systems that run them.

How the site is meant to be used

You are welcome to read, bookmark, and share our articles for your own personal research. In return, we ask that you do not do any of the following:

  • Break any law or regulation through your use of the site.
  • Plant harmful code, run attacks, or otherwise tamper with how the site works.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy our pages with automated tools unless we have agreed to it in writing.
  • Try to slip past security measures or reach areas and data that were never meant for the public.

If someone abuses the site, we may block their access without warning and without owing an explanation.

Our content is education, not financial advice

Everything on IRAInvesting.com exists to inform and explain. We write guides, walk through how Gold IRAs work, and review the companies that offer them. None of that is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and reading it does not create any adviser relationship between us. We are a publisher. We are not a registered financial adviser, a broker-dealer, or an IRA custodian, and we never hold, manage, or take possession of your money or your metals. Precious metals and retirement accounts carry real risk, and what suits one saver can be wrong for another, so weigh your own situation and talk to a licensed professional before you commit any funds. Our companion Disclaimer covers this in more depth.

Links to other websites

From time to time we point you toward outside websites, including the providers we review. Those destinations are run by other people, and once you leave our pages we have no say over what they publish, how they operate, or how they treat your information. We list them for your convenience, not as a guarantee. Following any external link is a choice you make at your own risk, and the terms and privacy practices of that other site become the ones that apply.

How we are paid

This site earns money through affiliate relationships. When a reader follows one of our links to a Gold IRA company and goes on to open or fund an account, that company may pay us a referral fee. None of this adds a cent to what you pay, and a paid relationship never buys a better review or a higher spot in our rankings. We explain the whole arrangement, including which companies may pay us, in our Affiliate Disclosure.

What belongs to us

The articles, reviews, written guides, graphics, page layouts, and the IRA Investing name are owned by us or used under license. They are protected by copyright and related law. You may quote a short passage with proper credit and a link back, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute our work wholesale, and you may not use our branding to suggest a partnership or endorsement we never gave. Reach out first if you want to do more than that.

The site is offered as is

We put real effort into accuracy, and we update pages as the market shifts, yet we cannot promise that every detail is current or free of error. The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether stated outright or assumed, about the site or what it contains. To be specific, we do not warrant that:

  • The information is complete, accurate, or right for your particular goals.
  • The pages will load without interruption or stay free of technical faults.
  • Any problem we discover will be fixed on the spot.

The limits of what we owe you

As far as the law allows, IRA Investing and anyone connected with it will not be on the hook for losses that flow from your use of the site. That covers indirect, incidental, or consequential harm, lost profits or opportunities, choices you made after reading our content, and trouble caused by downtime or mistakes on the page. Because this is a free educational resource and we charge readers nothing, you accept that this is the bargain you are agreeing to.

Covering us against claims

If your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights leads to a complaint or legal action against us, you agree to step in and shoulder it. That means defending us, covering the costs, and holding us harmless from the claims, damages, and expenses that result.

Which law applies

This agreement is read and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida in the United States, leaving aside any rules that would point to another state’s law. Any dispute that grows out of the site or these Terms belongs in the courts that serve that jurisdiction.

Updates to these Terms

We may revise this agreement whenever the site or the law changes. A new version takes effect the moment it is posted here, and the date at the top shows when we last looked it over. Carrying on with the site after a change tells us you accept the revised Terms, so it is worth checking back now and then.

Reaching us

Questions about these Terms are welcome. Write to us at info@irainvesting.com and we will get back to you.
